Job summary

Kaman & Cusimano LLC is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, paralegals, and staff. You will post ads, source passive candidates, review resumes, and coordinate interviews with leadership.

You will maintain the applicant tracking system and onboarding records, serve as the benefits to employee questions, and help with onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or communications preferred.
• 1–2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, legal, or corporate positions preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
