Kaman & Cusimano LLC is seeking a recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff in Cleveland, OH. You will create postings, source candidates, review resumes, and coordinate interviews with leadership.

The role involves maintaining the ATS, communicating with candidates, and supporting onboarding. Strong networking, professional communication, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting professional, legal, or corporate positions preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing tools preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, client service representatives, and administrative staff
• Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, bar associations, and professional networks
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruiting records
