Job summary

Kaman & Cusimano LLC is seeking a recruiting professional to manage full-cycle hiring for attorneys, paralegals, and staff in Brentwood, TN. You will post ads, source passive candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with leadership.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in recruiting, solid communication skills, and experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed. You will support onboarding and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.

• Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, bar associations, and professional networks
