Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
• Experience leading HR practices and programs is expected.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliant employment files and records accuracy (W-4, I-9, Direct Deposit).
• Manage and solve complex employee relations issues.
• Identify HR trends affecting objectives and goals.
• Interpret laws and advise management and staff.
• Lead recruitment through robust programs and career fairs.
• Keep employee handbook up to date and enforce policies.
• Coordinate 30-60-90 day and annual reviews.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and wage garnishments.
• Oversee fleet vehicles and service schedules.
• Handle workplace injuries as needed.
• Update job descriptions and postings.
• Participate in safety committee oversight.
• Support owners and departments.
• Hire, orient and train staff; maintain org chart.
