Job summary

County of Bucks is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to administer a wide range of HR policies for all county employees. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, HRIS actions, records management, benefits, leaves, safety and employee relations within a professional environment.

Under the supervision of senior HR staff, you will support training, investigations, and compliance with federal/state regulations while maintaining confidentiality and delivering efficient, accurate HR services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient computer knowledge of Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Performs one or more major functions relating to recruitment/onboarding or leaves, workers' compensation administration, separations, and unemployment.
• Educates staff, management and department heads on all HR related procedures and information.
• Maintains records and compiles reports to analyze data and trends and respond to requests for information.
• Maintains confidentiality at all times regarding all aspects of Human Resources and the County.
