Thread HCM is seeking an HR Generalist in Alpharetta, GA, to partner with clients using a proactive, consultative approach across HR functions. You will tackle talent selection, compensation, employee relations, leave administration, performance management, benefits, and compliance in collaboration with HR Specialists.

The role emphasizes audits, policy development, training, and development while maintaining budgets and milestones for client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred or required. Strong HR generalist background with 2–3 years in HR consulting emphasizing employee relations, engagement, compliance, policies, and training.
• Must possess current, valid driver’s license and be able to travel as needed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, payroll reporting, and HR administrative tasks; able to deliver concise client guidance.

Responsibilities

• Keep up with employment law and HR best practices.
• Provide proactive HR consulting with guidance from the HR Engagement Manager.
• Document Thread Engagement processes.
• Ensure client work stays within budget while maintaining quality and completing milestones.
• Support Thread systems, processes, and culture.
