Job summary

Responsibilities include creating HR reports, supporting open enrollment, and driving process improvements across HR operations. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years HR experience are required, with advanced Excel and HRIS expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of progressive HR experience including benefits administration.
• HRIS administration experience and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HRIS administrator and maintain data integrity.
• Create and distribute HR reports and dashboards; monitor KPI metrics.
• Coordinate open enrollment and benefits communications; resolve benefits issues.
