Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking an HR Generalist to support multiple locations within the region, partnering with management to implement policies, training, and compliance.

As part of the HR team, you will manage employee records, assist with performance evaluations, and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations while upholding our culture of honesty, integrity, trust, and respect.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum of one year of HR experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate HR policies, procedures, and government regulations with guidance from the Director.
• Monitor changing laws and recommend policy updates.
• Create learning and development programs for employees and managers.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation and training programs.
• Manage employee records, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and corrective actions.
