Job summary

Home & Health Care Management is seeking an HR professional to develop and implement human resources policies in collaboration with finance and other teams. You will ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations, manage HR records, onboarding, benefits, I-9s, and coordinate recruiting and interviews.

The role is in-office in Chico, full-time, 40 hours weekly, with occasional travel to Redding and Sacramento.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal and California employment laws.
• Ability to handle HR data confidentially with integrity.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS.
• Experience coordinating interviews and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR policies with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain HR records and data entry.
• Manage leave, benefits, and employee inquiries.
• Oversee credentialing, background checks, and I-9s.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Support audits and surveys.
