Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an HR Generalist to coordinate employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, recruitment, and compliance across assigned divisions. You will work closely with site managers to implement SBM policies and state/federal regulations, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and SBM policies.
• Coordinate onboarding, performance management, and training activities.
• Coach and assist managers on employee relations issues and policy adherence.
• Support recruitment, retention efforts, and wage/pay processes within approved ranges.
• Prepare and maintain personnel records and reporting for government requirements.
• Conduct exit interviews and assist with investigations as needed.
