• Support employee relations, performance management, attendance, and corrective actions.
• Assist with recruitment, postings, interviewing, and pre-employment processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain confidential employee records per policy and law.
• Support benefits administration and enrollment processes.
