Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Previous experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar HR role.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive resource to employees and leaders regarding HR policies, procedures, programs, and workplace matters.
• Provide guidance and support related to employee relations, performance management, attendance, corrective action, and other employee matters.
• Assist leaders with interpretation and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment and selection activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interviews, background checks, and pre-employment processes.
• Support new-hire onboarding and orientation activities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Assist with employment-related documentation, HR reports, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Provide general support for employee benefits programs, including responding to routine employee questions, assisting with enrollment and eligibility processes, and coordinating benefits-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate benefits-related employee information and assist with discrepancies.
• Support benefits communications, enrollment activities, and other routine benefits administration as assigned.
• Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, and organizational initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and stay informed of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
