River Crossing YMCA in Doylestown, PA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to help create a strong employee experience across the YMCA. This role covers HRIS administration, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and other day-to-day HR needs.

You'll support employees and leaders, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential information with professionalism. If you enjoy variety and building relationships across systems and people, we'd love to meet you.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Experience with HCM/HRIS systems, ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day HR operations and provide guidance to employees and leaders.
• Administer policies and programs ensuring consistent practices.
• Assist with HRIS administration, data management, and reporting.
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes and new-employee orientation.
• Support recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt roles.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and support compliance reviews.
• Assist with benefits, employee communications, and verifications.
• Partner with employees and leaders to foster a positive workplace.
• Help maintain HR processes, descriptions, reporting, and staff tools.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and events supporting employees and YMCA mission.
