Deceuninck North America, LLC in Monroe, OH is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support across the organization, covering employee relations, onboarding, benefits, performance, and HRIS administration.

This role builds relationships at all levels, ensures policy consistency, supports attendance, recruiting, training, and engagement, and works on compliance and reporting while spending time on the production floor.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of HR experience required; 3-5 years preferred, ideally in Generalist or similar role.
• Experience supporting employees in a manufacturing, distribution, or hourly workforce environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as day-to-day HR resource for employees, supervisors and managers regarding policies and workplace concerns.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, documentation, and action recommendations with HR leadership.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, attendance, and policy application.
