Job summary

CRC Group is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with the HRBP team and business leaders across the employee lifecycle. You will advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation while supporting workforce planning and talent development.

You will also own operational HR tasks, manage shared mailboxes, and drive improvements in workflows and reporting. A strong background in HR systems, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent education and related experience.
• 3–5 years of professional HR experience across multiple disciplines.
• Experience using HR systems, shared mailboxes, workflow tools, reporting platforms, or automation; Workday preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to execute HR strategies, programs, and day-to-day activities.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy interpretation.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, internal mobility, talent development, engagement, and exit feedback programs.
• Coordinate annual performance management and year-end compensation cycles with managers.
• Process and support HR transactions in Workday with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage shared HR mailboxes and triage teammate inquiries.
• Develop and improve HR processes, templates, escalation procedures, and tracking tools.
• Compile, validate, and summarize HR data to support decisions and identify trends.
• Coordinate with Centers of Excellence on compensation, benefits, training, and HR programs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve automation.
