Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with business teams and administer HR programs across talent management, employee relations, and retention.

The role acts as first-line support for day-to-day inquiries and coaches on routine matters, driving customer-centric service and change initiatives. The candidate will help with onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits while ensuring policy interpretation and compliant guidance for managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience in an HRBP environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR programs and partner with business teams.
• Support onboarding, compensation, performance, and benefits.
• Provide guidance on policies and ensure compliance.
• Lead culture change, training, and talent development initiatives.
• Assist onboarding for new hires in supported groups.
• Develop performance plans with leaders and document outcomes.
• Conduct workplace investigations and track responses.
• Handle HR reporting, data analysis, and employee transactions.
