XPO is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Dallas to support employee relations, benefits, and HR processes across the business unit. You will partner with managers to ensure compliant practices and a positive employee experience while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key responsibilities include day-to-day HR transactions, policy interpretation, benefits delivery, onboarding, and supporting hiring and training initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 year of experience as a HR Generalist or equivalent
• Experience with payroll software, HRIS, and MS Office
• Experience with FMLA, LOA and employment laws
• Experience supporting employee relations and HR initiatives
• Valid driver's license
• Willing to travel 25–50%
• Occasional weekend work may be required

Responsabilidades

• Provide employee relations guidance to employees and management
• Oversee day-to-day HR transactions with a shared services team
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and update HR policies
• Deliver benefits information and ensure fair policy application
• Assist with investigations and remedial actions
• Support hiring managers with interviewing, offers, onboarding, and training
• Assist in developing HR programs and information
• Support employee engagement activities
