Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, HR operations and policy compliance in the Dallas area.

You will work with managers to resolve issues, manage HR transactions with a shared services team, and communicate benefits and policies across the company. Your role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1 year in HR, and the ability to travel up to 50% while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 year of HR Generalist experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, HRIS and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information and laws (FMLA/LOA).

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations guidance to employees and management.
• Oversee day-to-day HR transactions with shared services.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and policies.
• Deliver benefits information and ensure policy fairness.
• Assist with investigations, disputes and remedial actions.
• Support hiring managers with offers, onboarding and training.
