Job summary

Origin Mining Company, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training, compliance, and recordkeeping.

You will act as a resource for employees and management, ensuring HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented effectively and maintained across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of Human Resources experience required.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and performance management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, onboarding.
• Coordinate new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
• Maintain HR files and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Administer benefits programs; handle changes and inquiries.
• Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
• Assist with performance management, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Support payroll processing, timekeeping, and HR admin tasks.
• Coordinate training and engagement programs for staff.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Assist policy development, implementation, and communication.
• Conduct investigations and document employee issues as needed.
• Respond to policy and benefits inquiries from employees.
