Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly and temporary recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and orientation.
• Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and staffing strategies.
• Administer payroll-related activities, including attendance, vacation tracking, and wage changes.
• Support employees through benefits enrollment and changes, answering questions and providing education on available programs.
• Coordinate and administer the hourly performance review process and employee development initiatives.
• Lead employee involvement initiatives and engagement programs to foster a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local employment laws and regulations and support HR processes.
