Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations investigations and workers’ compensation.
• Experience supporting an hourly, multi-shift workforce.
• Working knowledge of Pennsylvania employment laws and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Be an HR partner across buildings and shifts, listen to employees, and provide practical guidance on daily concerns.
• Coach leaders on performance, attendance, conflict, and corrective action with the Senior HR Manager.
• Bring our culture to life through engagement, recognition, and campus events.
• Coordinate leave, accommodations, modified duty, and return-to-work needs with timely communication.
• Take ownership of workers’ compensation; manage claims and coordinate with providers.
• Help build our teams through recruiting, onboarding, and orientation.
• Audit records, deliver supervisor training, and use HR metrics to identify improvements.
