Qualifications

• 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in distribution or high-volume environment.
• Certifications from SHRM or HRCI preferred.
• Strong understanding of hourly workforce management and employee relations.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles in the DC.
• Lead onboarding activities including background checks and orientation.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and partner on safety initiatives.
• Plan employee engagement activities to promote positive workplace culture.
