Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience as HR Generalist or related position.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
• Microsoft Office, ATS and HR databases proficiency.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and hiring process.
• Onboard new employees.
• Create training materials and opportunities for understanding HR policies.
• Administer compensation and benefits.
• Educate employees on HR-related topics, leaves and compensation.
• Assist in performance management tasks and collect HR data for reports.
