You will handle onboarding, leave administration, benefits, and HRIS tasks while partnering with executives to drive workforce initiatives. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in healthcare or similar environments.
• Ability to advise managers and leaders with strong business acumen and discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; SHRM‑CP or PHR preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and writing skills; autonomous mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner across onboarding, leaves, benefits, compliance, and HRIS.
• Support day-to-day HR operations across markets while aligning with business needs.
• Collaborate with leaders to address employee concerns and provide guidance.
• Audit and maintain accurate HR data and personnel files.
• Analyze HR data, generate reports, and support workforce planning.
• Lead HR projects and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
