Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer Spectrum policies consistently and communicate changes.
• Advise employees on workplace conflicts, performance, and investigations.
• Oversee leave programs, accommodations, safety and workers’ comp.
• Lead benefits enrollment meetings and training on policies and benefits.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll entries, conduct audits and ensure compliance.
• Support bonus plans, merit processes and HR budgeting initiatives.
