Old Navy, part of Gap Inc., is seeking an HR professional to provide comprehensive HR support and execute people strategies across business clients. You will partner with HR solution centers to deliver results and inform leadership on talent and organizational decisions.

Key responsibilities include engaging leaders, driving change management, and implementing strategies to improve retention and workforce effectiveness within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a HR generalist or specialist
• General knowledge of HR practices incl. benefits, comp, employment law, employee/labor relations, talent mgmt and learning & development
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to partner with leaders
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Support HR team on people and organizational issues to drive outcomes
• Advise leaders on people decisions and change management
• Implement engagement strategies to improve retention and engagement year over year
• Analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities and partner on solutions
• Execute talent management and succession planning activities
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning Development on talent strategies
• Deploy retention initiatives to stabilize organization
