Job summary

Old Navy is seeking an HR professional to provide HR support and drive workforce engagement. You will partner with HR solution centers to implement people strategies and support day-to-day HR activities.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other HR teams to deliver results that enhance engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. This role is based in San Francisco and focuses on building an authentic, high-performing HR function.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Human Resources generalist or specialist.
• Knowledge of benefits, compensation, employment law, employee relations, talent management and learning & development.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Strong communicator with good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support HR on people and organizational issues to achieve outcomes.
• Advise leaders on people decisions and change management efforts.
• Implement strategies to improve employee engagement year over year.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
• Execute talent management and succession planning activities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning Development on talent strategies.
• Deploy retention strategies to promote organizational stability.
