Job summary

Amcor is seeking an SR HRG to provide service to employees and business stakeholders, partnering with HR teams to execute strategic initiatives and the Human Capital Strategy. This role involves handling daily HR operations, HR policies, and programs, reporting to the HRM as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
• Min 3 years of related HR experience; project management skills preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday and/or Kronos.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Amcor HR initiatives and daily HR operations.
• Provide administrative support and coaching for performance management.
• Process HR transactions and generate standard and ad hoc reports.
• Support engagement surveys, focus groups and action planning.
• Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding and employee development.
