You will leverage HRIS, knowledge bases, and case management to ensure data integrity and timely service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources (from the HTML).
• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources
• In-depth knowledge of the principles, practices, and infrastructure of Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and analytical support to the HR team and employees at varying levels within the organization.
• Act as HR support partner to the network via HRIS, knowledge base management, and case management.
• Interpret, complete complex data entry activities, and ensure data integrity within HR technology solutions.
• Provide quality internal customer-focused support within service level agreement expectations.
• Lead or participate in project-focused work coordinating cyclical processes, events, and new initiatives.
