Sterling Grove Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and foster a positive workplace culture. This FULL_TIME role focuses on onboarding new hires and handling employee relations with professionalism.

You will partner with teams to maintain HR records, coordinate benefits and payroll administration, and ensure compliance with employment laws. A bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 1–3 years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years HR experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR software.

Responsabilités

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding for new employees.
• Manage employee benefits and payroll administration.
• Facilitate employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Assist with compliance tasks, such as audits and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
