Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of HR or related experience.
• Exposure to Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, payroll, or employee programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee changes, salary changes, performance processes, leaves, and terminations; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with administration of benefits programs and vendor coordination.
• Support leave of absence programs, including documentation and status tracking; research federal, state, local leave requirements.
• Assist with compensation activities, including job descriptions, market pricing, and salary reviews.
• Support ESOP and 401(k) activities and employee communications.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, training, orientations, and other HR programs.
