Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years HR, payroll, and recruiting experience.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPP designation preferred.
• Strong data privacy and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, and ATS.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing weekly.
• Write and post job ads; screen resumes; schedule interviews.
• Maintain audit-ready personnel records and update handbooks.
• Support performance reviews and benefits administration.
• Resolve workplace conflicts and ensure legal compliance.
