Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll systems, and benefits administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and concerns
• Payroll & Benefits Administration: Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time; Administer employee benefits; Liaise with benefit providers and ensure compliance
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings and coordinate candidate interviews; Assist hiring managers with candidate selection and offer letters; Facilitate onboarding for new hires
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality; Support compliance with federal and state employment laws; Assist with policy updates and internal communications
