Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist in Reno, NV to manage payroll, records, and recruiting. This role ensures accurate payroll processing, strong data privacy, and robust HR operations for a growing workforce.

The candidate will handle hiring from posting to onboarding, maintain meticulous personnel files, and support policy updates in compliance with labor laws. Bilingual abilities and preferred HR certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
• Two to four years of HR, payroll, and recruiting experience
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPP designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll including hours, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Run weekly payroll and track hours and paid time off.
• Own recruitment lifecycle: write and post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• Maintain audit-ready personnel files and update employee handbooks.
• Support performance reviews, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws.
