Aspire Earthworks in Amarillo, TX is seeking an HR Generalist to manage payroll, records, and recruiting. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, maintain compliant personnel files, and support onboarding and HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 2–4 years of HR/payroll/recruiting experience; SHRM-CP/PHR/CPP credentials are a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful for field communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, payroll, and recruiting.
• Professional certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, CPP) valued.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing: end-to-end payroll, hours, overtime, deductions, and taxes.
• Talent acquisition: post ads, resume review, phone screens, interviews, onboarding.
• HR generalist duties: maintain personnel files, update handbooks, policy compliance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws; support performance reviews.
