Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of combined HR, payroll, and recruiting experience.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPP designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Payroll: end-to-end processing, hours, overtime, bonuses, deductions; ensure accuracy before disbursement.
• Talent Acquisition: own hiring lifecycle, write and post ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, onboard new hires.
• HR Generalist: maintain audit-ready files, update handbooks, ensure policy compliance with state/federal laws, support performance reviews and benefits.
