Qualifications

• Minimum of three years HR/payroll experience.
• SHRM-CP or PHR highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes payroll on a bi-weekly basis and prepares reports for Accounting.
• Assists with reviewing resumes, interviewing, and hiring in collaboration with staffing agencies.
• Prepares onboarding materials and conducts new-hire onboarding.
• Maintains employee files, company forms, and HR records.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; assists with updates to the employee handbook.
