Job summary

Confidential Phoenix-area organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to handle onboarding, HRIS data, benefits support, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role in Phoenix, AZ offering $30–$35/hour.

Ideal candidates bring HR Generalist or HR Operations background, solid HRIS experience, excellent confidentiality, and strong communication with employees and managers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of general HR processes.
• Experience working within an HRIS.

We are recruiting on behalf of a confidential Phoenix-area organization seeking an experienced HR Generalist. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering $30–$35/hour.
