Responsibilities

• Assures compliance with Bank policies and federal/state laws.
• Performs benefits administration incl. claims resolution and invoicing reviews.
• Conducts annual salary surveys and analyzes compensation for market competitiveness.
• Conducts orientations, training and development, employee relations and exit processing.
• Prepares payroll paperwork and maintains personnel files.
• Serves as payroll back-up and handles bank accounting practices for payroll transactions.
• Manages HR training programs and evaluates their effectiveness.
• Maintains department records and participates in audits and reporting.
• Manages carrier connections with benefits providers and troubleshoots issues.
