FST Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources professional to manage daily HR operations, payroll, and benefits coordination across multiple business units. The role will involve ensuring policy compliance and supporting leadership on employee relations.

The candidate will handle open enrollments, training, and coordination with temporary agencies, while traveling between locations as needed to support operations.

Formación

• 2+ years in human resources or related logistics field.
• Strong understanding of state and federal employment regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily HR functions: answer employee questions, orientation, open enrollment, and policy enforcement.
• Process weekly payroll and manage bonuses within business units.
• Coordinate open enrollments and training for benefits programs.
