Job summary

SEEDWAY, LLC, headquartered in Hall, New York, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support onboarding, payroll administration, benefits coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employees throughout their employment journey.

You will partner with the HR Manager, manage onboarding, payroll (UAttend), and HR records in ServiceNow while delivering excellent service to employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of HR, payroll, benefits administration, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, employee benefits, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and serve as backup to HR Manager for recruiting initiatives.
• Process weekly payroll and maintain timekeeping records in UAttend.
• Administer benefits, open enrollment, and vendor coordination; advise on eligibility.
• Maintain HR records in ServiceNow and support HR reporting and employee engagement initiatives.
