Paycom - ATS in Weedsport, NY is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing with Paycom, employee relations, leave management, onboarding, HRIS management, and compliance.

The role serves as a resource for employees and managers, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining confidential records, while driving a positive employee experience and supporting benefits administration and talent development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including payroll, benefits, onboarding.
• Address employee relations and update HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and HRIS data.
