Under the Human Resource Manager, you will help administer HR programs, maintain partner records, and assist with investigations, audits, and policy updates as part of a collaborative

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS administration, recruiting, training or related administrative support preferred.
• Experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and HR compliance activities preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver partner service aligned with the organization’s mission, culture, and values.
• Support partner relations, investigations, documentation, and follow‑up.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure accuracy and policy alignment.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and program coordination.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate benefits administration and leave management.
