Job summary

See Rock City is seeking an HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions, including partner relations, recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, training, and general HR operations. This role helps ensure HR processes are accurate, consistent, partner-focused, and aligned with Rock City Enterprises’ mission and core values.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS administration, recruiting, training or related administrative support preferred.
Experience supporting employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance activities preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver guest service aligned with the organization’s mission, culture, and values.
Serve as a first contact for partner questions related to HR policies and practices.
Maintain accurate and confidential partner files and HR documentation.
Coordinate and support recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities.
Coordinate training schedules and maintain related records and documentation.
Assist with HR projects, policy updates, and process improvements.
