Job summary

Race Rock Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative support for onboarding, training, performance management and employee engagement. This role works under the direction of the HR Generalist to support employee development initiatives and ensure a positive employee experience.

Guided by the HEART values, this position helps support HR programs, onboarding, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Two or more years of administrative support experience.
Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding activities, training sessions, and performance management processes.
Maintain employee files and HR records; update HRIS and generate reports.
Audit HR data for accuracy and completeness; assist with process improvements.
Support compliance with I-9, E-Verify, and leave documentation; track attendance and FMLA-related tasks.
Support employee engagement initiatives and culture programs in line with HEART values.
