• Comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment with broad responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with HR data and Excel.
• Interest in applying AI to HR processes.
• Willingness to own initiatives and partner with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Manage immigration processes with external counsel.
• Lead US associate recruitment, including partner management and offers.
• Support HR data analytics and reporting.
• Lead key people projects, potentially transitioning from current PEO.
• Bring data and AI fluency to HR processes to improve efficiency.
• Gradually expand HRBP exposure with employees and leaders across the business.
