Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an HR Generalist to support a collaborative HR team in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. You will handle benefits administration, compliance, leave management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

This role requires 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong organizational skills and discretion in handling confidential information. The position is onsite Monday–Thursday with Friday remote, offering a salary up to $80,000 depending on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
• Experience supporting multiple HR functions including benefits, compliance, employee support, and leave administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with HRIS systems; UKG experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Support leave administration, employee relations inquiries, and compliance tracking.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, personnel changes, and employee record maintenance.
• Maintain accurate data within HR systems and assist with audits and reporting.
• Partner with payroll and other internal departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Track compliance requirements including I-9s, acknowledgments, certifications, and required training.
• Assist with HR process documentation, workflow improvements, and operational initiatives.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations.
• Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
