You will handle employee relations, labor relations, performance management, talent acquisition, development, and HR operations to promote a positive, productive work environment.

The role partners with plant leadership, union reps, and hourly staff to coordinate HR processes, onboarding, engagement, and records.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of experience in human resources.
• HR experience in a unionized manufacturing facility with 500–1,000+ employees.
• Experience supporting high‑volume hourly recruiting and onboarding.
• Familiarity with Workday or comparable HR information systems.
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day HR activities, processes, and documentation across the site.
• Lead hourly recruitment events and onboarding; manage new hire orientation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and communications.
• Assist with employee relations, including documentation and follow-up.
