Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time HR Generalist to support the daily functions of the HR department onsite at our Naperville, IL office.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance initiatives to ensure consistent and efficient operations. Responsibilities include maintaining HR records, assisting with audits, coordinating HR programs, and partnering with payroll and HRIS systems to keep data accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
• Experience in an HR support or coordinator role.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for policies, benefits, and procedures and support a positive workplace culture.
• HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS; prepare reports and assist audits.
• Benefits & Payroll Support: Provide admin support for benefit enrollments and collaborate with payroll.
• Training & Development: Support coordination of training programs and track participation.
• Compliance & Policy: Help ensure HR processes comply with regulations and update policies.
