Job summary

JND in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, seeks HR Generalists and HR Specialists to support day-to-day HR operations for the corporate headquarters and a multi-state workforce.

You will serve as a pivotal link between management and employees—handling employee relations, policy guidance, onboarding, documentation, HRIS/payroll data, benefits, and all U.S. leave programs including FMLA, ADA, and state laws. This role also supports internal communications and engagement across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience; 5+ years for Leave/Benefits roles.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Workday.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, USERRA, and multi-state laws.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or CLMS certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between management and employees on HR issues.
• Manage onboarding, policy guidance, and documentation.
• Administer HRIS/payroll data, benefits, and leave programs.
• Support internal communications and employee engagement across US offices.
• Prepare reports and HR metrics (org charts, headcount, compensation analysis).
